Nothing is more inspiring than a self guided tour of the gem and mineral exhibit at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The completely darkened room is lit only with fiber optic lights that showcase their natural beauty. I took a picture of each and every one of them. Each and every one.
Here it is....the infamous "box ring project" at the Revere Academy. Literally made with blood, sweat, and tears. After much debate, I finally added 3 very tiny 1mm cubic zirconia to the side of my box ring. I pronounce you "mountain song" ring.
They make a little competition out of our final project and I'm humbled by everyone that voted for me. Winner of the "best stone setting" category. Thanks y'all!
