Creations in Fine Silver
One of my favorite mediums to work with is a product called Art Clay Silver.  It's a recycled product made from silver harvested from computer circuit boards, old photographic film, and even recycled dental fillings.  The silver is refined and then added to an organic binder to create the consistency of clay.

Because of the unique texture, I can stamp it, mold it, and carve it to create one of a kind pieces.  Inspiration comes from just about anywhere.  Leaves blowing around the neighborhood become a delicate, organic pendant.  Childhood toys are molded to create a modern day medallion.  Not to mention, Art Clay Silver is the perfect way to capture mini replicas of my dear husband's artwork.

Crystal Stalactite Series
The Crystal Stalactite series is named after the beautiful icicle shaped formations found on the ceiling of caves.  Natural quartz is one of my favorite minerals to work with.  I adore the way they dangle and the beautiful, frosted glass color can be worn with just about any color outfit.

Quartz crystal is the second most abundant mineral on earth.  Valued for it's piezoelectric effect, this mineral generates an electrical charge when compressed.

Quartz is used to power our computers, radio transmitters, clocks, and watches.  As my mom would say, "It's useful, as well as decorative."
